Irsai Olivér, 2020

With grapes harvested in early August, this is the first product of the cellar to be launched each year. Irsai Olivér is a Hungarian variety that yields fresh and fruity wines making it ideal to produce a vin de primeur. After destemming and before pressing the berries rest in the press for a few hours. The aromas of this Irsai Olivér may remind you of a flowery meadow and the taste of delicious fresh grapes. You can smell the delightful fragrance of lily of the valley, elder- and acacia flowers.
