Harsányi Winery

Harsányi Winery lies in the eastern part of Tokaj under the beautiful tarn on Megyer Hill near Sárospatak. The core of the vineyard was purchased by the great-great-grandfather of the current owner, Gábor Harsányi in 1850. Gábor took over the winery in 2012. Stepping out of family traditions he expanded the size of the land and established modern, organic viticulture. As a committed artisan wine-maker, his work combines tradition, modernism and expertise. Harsányi wines are created to show the diversity of these amazing volcanic slopes and the character of this unique terroir.
